Born and raised in Augusta, Sicily, my grandfather carried the sacred tradition of family meals with him across the ocean. My grandparents didn’t cook from books; they cooked entirely by feel. There were never any recipes cluttering their counter, and a pinch of salt was always measured right in the palm of your hand.
The Pasta Tempo is dedicated to recreating those cherished recipes of my youth, alongside the traditional dishes found in his Sicilian home. I hope you enjoy sharing them at your table as much as I do.
